Since 2007, the Korean Breast Cancer Society has organized the World Breast Cancer Conference, which has become the largest breast cancer conference in Asia.

The objective of this conference is to increase global awareness of breast cancer, improve the better understanding of breast cancer and its treatment, and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients in collaboration with scientists, researchers, health workers, advocacy groups and policymakers.

Six surgeons and oncologists from Intermed Hospital effectively participated in the conference, which was attended by 3,842 doctors and specialists from 60 countries. Research Paper 4 was presented during the event. Oncologist B. Bilgunzaya and surgeon M. Odbaatar notably engaged in the debate for young doctors. 59 doctors and specialists from Mongolia were among this year’s conference attendees.
